File System and Cluster Size

One difference among File Systems is Cluster size.  The File System and the Partition size determine Cluster size.

*  In Partytions of less than 16MB, the system organizes Clusters with a 12-Bit FAT, instead of a 16-Bit FAT.

**  The FAT32 File System DOES NOT support Partitions of less than 512MB.
